Accountability without line authority, with the evidence in one place.

A program director aggregates ten to forty units they do not run.1 Coord's program workspace asks each coordinator for what the review needs, and shows the answers as one grid.

Request and collect.

Send each unit a data request with a due date: the distribution, the evaluation summary, the moderation record, the improvement plan. Completion is tracked per unit; reminders go out without you writing them.

The assessment calendar.

Every unit's due dates laid across the cohort's weeks, with clashes, bunching, after-hours and weekend deadlines, public holidays and gaps in secure assessment flagged before the outlines are approved.2

Outcomes.

Unit outcomes mapped to program outcomes and AQF descriptors with introduce, develop and assure levels, and a matrix export in the shape your accrediting body asks for.2

Grades and surveys as grids.

Distributions and fail rates by unit and period; imported survey scores against medians; de-identified misconduct counts by unit, period and type. Trends over five years with your own thresholds.

The cycle.

An annual report with five-year trend, a seven-year review self-study builder, an accreditation register with conditions and expiry reminders, and an action register that survives the year and the director.
